WHAT: Brittany Brunch Pop-Up featuring local and French ciders. Brittany is a charming Northern seaside region known for its love of all things apple, butter and the freshest seafood. The St. Genevieve staff will be clad in their best stripes (you should don yours too!), and local and imported ciders will be flowing by the glass and paired with dishes like buckwheat galette with ham, gruyere, egg and preserved tomato, escargot, clams steamed in Calvados, Paris-Brest with foie gras and buckwheat honey, salt-marsh lamb tartare, oysters, and delicious pastries.
